Movie description
Nickelodeon launches a spinoff of the hugely popular RUGRATS phenomenon with the new animated series ALL GROWN UP. Tommy, Chuckie, and twins Phil and Lil are now in their pre-teens and dealing with all sorts of teenage problems from popularity to pimples to parents. But one thing remains the same--spoiled brat Angelica is still on the scene, and she's just as mean as ever. This volume includes two more episodes dealing with the pangs of growing up: in "Lucky 13," pre-teens Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and Lil actually help Angelica (gasp!) when a bratty rival threatens her 13th birthday party; while in "Tweenage Tycoons," the Rugrats will do anything to earn money for concert tickets.
