30 year old Dining Room set in excellent condition. One owner, been in my family since purchase. 6 chairs, one table with removable leaf, two piece china cabinet, and one server with fold out top. Chairs are cane back with dark tan upholstery. Only one small scratch underneath on leg - moving company did it (picture shown).  Items are as is with no warranty or refund after transaction.  Local pickup involves you loading items from residence into your own vehicle.  Appointment made at point of purchase.
