Chippendale mirror with inlay and gold leaf

 This mahogany Chippendale mirror is an EXCELLENT reproduction, so well made it rivals most originals. Hand cut scroll work, sunburst inlay, and gold leaf bead around mirror perimeter. Assembled with hide glue just as originals, and the mirror is secured into the frame with a hand planed and scraped 1/4" solid plank, not plywood, cardboard, etc. Plank is then attached to frame with square nails, just as original. Hanging method is eyelets with a steel wire, also like most originals. Dimensions are: maximum width 17", height 35.125".  Mirror size within frame: 9.5" x 18.25" viewable. Very well made, very well cared for.  Very low starting price!  Small Christmas ornament sized mirror is NOT part of this auction, it has already sold for more than the starting price of this full sized mirror!
