U.S.CIVIL WAR SIGNAL BINOCULARS-day and night-w/ case

I recently bought an estate form Lancaster,PENN.All  CIVIL WAR items belonged to the same family.I will start with the leather case and work my way in.It measures 7in.x6in.The original strap and case have no markings on it.If it does;you will discover it.I did not see any.There are  2 items.A front snap buckle and ; what looks like a top leather handle like Indian arrows. Inside the case good shape.TWO [2] COLORS.Top blue-bottom black.This piece is not an orphan.It is marked all over.The LENS ARE CLEAR-NOT BROKEN OR CHIPPED--CLEAN.There are 2 makers and or a distributor name.LE MAIRE--F.P.PARIS.--If my French serves me right--this translates to SEA-OCEAN.--Could be the makers name.Any collectors out there wish to write me for input--It will be much appreciated.That name is on the left side.The right has the name of it is weak--NEW HAVEN--PAUL ROR-SLER & SON--.Now between the eye pieces it has an inscription of U.S.SIGNAL SERVICE---DAY and NIGHT.--LOWER DOWN THE STEM IS -----63 OR 65----made in FRANCE--The other side has a well detailed ROSE with a ACORN hanging from it.The larger shades do come out about 2 in.The overall appearance is BROWN SPECKLED LEATHER.--The black paint is MINT--MINT--LOOKS LIKE A CROSS BETWEEN GUNPOWDER BLUE and OBSIDIAN BLACK.--TAKE CARE--GOD BLESS--Take a look at my other items.I will be listing from a RETIRED GERMAN DIPLOMATS  and a RETIRED ARMY COLONELS' LIFE LONG MILITARY ESTATE.--BOTH FRIENDS OF MINE.Top grade Damascus ,SS.POLICE & US SWORDS-DAGGERS.A SS SNIPERS---UNIFORM--RING--so much more.Enjoy the ride--Respectfully,Charles
