This is what we believe is a Lithograph.  My camera is being difficult at the moment and I cannot get a good picture close up of the print at the bottom.  It says Painted by F. Wheatly, R. A., Knives, Scissors and Razors to Grind,  Cries of London Plate 6, Repeating in French the title then D'apres O. Vondraminh (I think) Need a magnifier for this one and I don't do french.  The back has a gallery label  which has a hand written #57 with a label of Arlington Arts Incorporated, 508-510 Broome Street, New York, NY. You can see there is some small damage to the black paint applied to the back of the glass framing the print (at the top).  The print has no damage.  This frame is worn from what I can only assume is travel since I do not live in New York and acquired it in Illinois.  The colors are so rich.  This is just a lovely little thing that I had to have it when I saw it.  The frame size is 7" x 9".  The print with border is 5-1/8" x 4"
