50 Complete Sets of 36 I.T.C. Reprint Cards (originally issued in 1911)



This group of 50 complete REPRINT sets of 36 cards was originally issued in Canada by the Imperial Tobacco Co of Canada Ltd. in 1911. This REPRODUCTION set was produced by Lancaster Reprints of Canada in 1987. The title of the set is "Hockey Series". The front of each card shows the name and team, card number and a colourful portrait of the player, while the back of each card has the name, set name, and a list of the athlete's team history. The cards were originally given as free premiums and were inserted into packages of 10 Imperial Tobacco Co. cigarettes. The size of each card is approx.1.5" x 2.75" inches. This is a group of 50 complete sets of 36 REPRINT cards, all of which are shown here. The original set in this condition would go for over $10,000.00 US Dollars !!!! This would be a great set to have framed!!! These 18 year old cards are in NEAR MINT condition.
