HOW WE SHIP:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post to anywhere in the world! For most items, you'll have the option of choosing which shipping method you'd prefer so be sure to choose wisely.
Priority Mail will cost you more than Parcel Post but it will also get the package to you more quickly. If you choose Parcel Post to save yourself some money on the shipping, PLEASE realize that it can take anywhere from 2-9 days, depending on where you are in the country (in relation to us). If you choose this shipping method, PLEASE do not get angry with us for the delay in your shipment.
With either method, you'll receive an automatically-generated confirmation email with the shipping details when we print the label for your package. This email will contain the Delivery Confirmation Number, allowing you to track your package through usps.com.
HOW OFTEN WE SHIP:
We both work separate full-time jobs but we try to get everything out the door within 24-72 hours. Your item will be shipped after receipt of payment or upon notification that your payment has cleared our credit union.
We will be glad to combine items to save you on shipping costs. Just be sure to purchase multiple items at the same time so we can invoice you for the proper combined shippping costs!
INSURANCE:
We take pride in how carefully we package our items and cannot be held responsible for your package once it leaves our house. For your own safety & peace of mind, we ask that you STRONGLY consider insurance. The cost is minimal compared to what you'd be out if the item was damaged, misdirected, lost or stolen in transit. It's your responsibility to protect yourself!
Please know that if you do NOT choose insurance - and your item arrives damaged - we will work with you to figure out what went wrong and what we might be able to do to rectify the situation, but we are NOT obligated to refund you and/or ship another item (if we have it in stock). Even if you've purchased hundreds of items on Ebay without insurance, there's always going to be that first time that something goes very wrong so it's in your best interest to purchase the insurance on this item!
REFUND POLICY:
We do our very best to give you an accurate description of the item. We offer refunds only if the item was mis-represented. No refunds if you simply change your mind, if it doesn't fit, or if the item arrives damaged (and you didn't purchase insurance)!

If you have any questions about this item, please feel free to contact us because we'd be glad to answer any questions you might have! PLEASE use the "Ask Seller A Question" option through Ebay rather than emailing us directly, however. We get (literally!) HUNDREDS of listing confirmation and item sold confirmation emails a week so to have to weed out buyer questions would be a job in itself. If you send the question directly through Ebay, we'll be much more likely to respond in a timely fashion (and/or not miss your message completely!) because we check those messages multiple times day.
