1. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction.
2. All auction purchases are final. In the event an item does need to be returned, you must pay for the return shipping as well as any other shipping costs involved. You must contact me to obtain a return authorization. Item must be in new, unopened condition. Remember, insurance is your option (unless it is included in the drop ship orders) and it is recommended that you get it.
3 Items that are shipped directly from the warehouse take 1-4 days for order processing and another 1-2 weeks for your item to arrive.. Please see the shipping info in each auction for arrival times.
4.Combined S&H is available on multiple wins within a week of each other ( except where noted in the auction), if one payment is made within the 7 days. Please email me for combined S&H rates. Combined S&H is based on weight, zip code and a small handling fee per item. All Betty Lukens items can be combined. Other items can not be combined for a shipping discount.
5. If all has gone well with the transaction and you have received your products, we like to be notified preferable by positive feedback or an email.
Feedback is done 1-4 times a month in bulk for those who have already left it for us. If there is a problem with your items, please email us before leaving feedback and give us a chance to correct or fix the problem.
