 This auction is for a RARE VINTAGE POPEYE JACK IN THE BOX, FROM MATTEL, PRODUCED IN 1953.  THIS PRODUCT IS BEING SOLD AS IS...PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT ALL OF THE PICTURES AND THE DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE BIDDING.  IT HAS A SLIGHT DENT ON THE TOP AND ON THE DOOR.  THERE IS SOME RUST ON THE TOP.  THE SIDES ARE ALL IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.  THE CRANK TURNS, HOWEVER THE MUSIC DOES NOT PLAY AND POPEYE DOES NOT POP UP ON HIS OWN.  YOU CAN MANUALLY OPEN THE DOOR, AND POPEYE DOES COME UP.  HE IS IN GOOD CONDITION, SOME PAINT HAS COME OFF, BUT HE STILL HAS THE PIPE, WHICH IS HARD TO FIND STILL IN TACT ON THIS ITEM.  This is a great piece of Popeye memorabilia, and is very hard to find.
