Because I have had a problem with an item getting lost in the post all items are now  now sent either recorded in UK and iinternational signed for or Airsure abroad, as proof of posting is not enough evidence for paypal. This is so I have a tracking number for proof of posting.  This adds £0.75 on to UK postage and £3.70 or £4.50 to international postage but this safeguards both seller and buyer. This is already quoted in the postage price to your country.
