Electric Patio Opener for pets or people

This item is used and needs TLC.  It was purchased from Moore Pet Doors for $540. and has worked well for a few years, but now has a couple of issues.  There is a clip that broke that the motorized slider nests in and powers the door to open and close.   The other issue is the Petmate pet sensor is not working correctly, so when the pet gets close the proximity sensor is not picking up the signal.    The clip is shown in the pictures and may be repaired or replaced by a handy person.   Unfortunately the Doormate Co. has gone out of business so parts are hard to come by.  The Petmate sensor is on sale on a few web sites for $59.00.  See:  http://www.mightypets.com/product.asp?3=1457#MyProductDescription
