General Filter
Air Purifying Filter
Non-Electric
Model AC-2
21 x 25
The General AC-2 Air Purifier utilizes 18 columns of high quality activated carbon. These tubes are contained in a compact cabinet positioned in the return airflow of the heating/cooling system. The carbon columns intercept and absorb vapors and gases that particulate filters or air cleaners cannot remove.
The AC-2 Air purifier is a by-pass adsorber with spacing between the columns sufficient to prevent interference with the normal operation of the heating/cooling system.
The AC-2 allows homeowners the ability to invest in a new level of protection and comfort for home and family. The AC-2 is designed to match up General's AC-1 high efficiency particulate media air filter to provide complete home air treatment with minimal need for introduction of outside air to maintain freshness in the home. This may eliminate the need for expensive fresh air intake systems or air exchange systems.
ACTIVATED CARBON WILL REMOVE:
-
Organic compounds such as alcohols, aldehydes and acids from household products, construction amterials, carpateing, furniture or other home decor items.
-
Chloinated hydocarbons from a variety of sources within the living space.
-
Inorganic compounds such as halogens, phosgene and sulfur compounds.
-
A large variety of odors from cooking, waste storage, pets and humans.

Most typos involve simple duplication, omission, transposition, or substitution of a small number of characters," according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typo.
