General Terms and Condition

Unless we state otherwise on a particular ebay auction page, all of UNI WORLD's ebay auctions are subject to the following general terms and conditions. Please DO NOT BID on any of our items without first reading these terms and conditions, as once you have placed a bid you will be bound by them.

Condition:

We have done our best to reveal the material condition of the offered piece in sufficient detail. We are not experts in this type of merchandise; accordingly, if any item is not "as described" in our auction page, your sole recourse is to ask for a refund under our "Return and Refund Policy," described below. In no event will we be responsible for any defects in condition that are either disclosed in our item description or are clearly depicted in our auction photos.

Return and Refund Policy:

If you feel an item has been incorrectly described on our auction page, please email us within 14 days after the auction closing and explain why you feel that way. If we agree, you will return the item to us in exactly the condition it was in when we delivered it to a "common carrier," including all original tags. When we receive the item back from you, we will refund your winning bid amount, less sales tax, shipping, and delivery charges, promptly but in no event later than 7 days after we received the item. If any item is returned to us in a condition different from the condition it was in when we delivered it to a "common carrier," or if we believe in good faith that the item returned is not the same as the item we shipped to you, we will notify you and return the item to you without a refund.

Except for the above return and refund policy, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Payment:

Unless we indicate otherwise in a particular auction page, we accept ONLY PAYPAL.

Nonpaying Buyers:

We do not tolerate nonpaying buyers (NPBs). If you are the winning bidder and you fail to contact us within 10 days after an auction closes, or if you fail to tender all funds due to us within 10 days after an auction closes, we will presume you are a nonpaying buyer, your purchase will be canceled, we will open a dispute against nonpaying buyer, and nonpaying bidder will receive strike from eBay.

If you are planning to go on an extended vacation or business trip when the auction closes and will not be able to communicate with us within the above time periods, please contact us in advance and let us know that we do not mistakenly treat you as a nonpaying buyer.

Shipping  within US:

We usually ship FAST, if we receive your payment before 4:00pm, we will ship it out on the same day.  Shipping method we use will be: United States Postal Service, and UPS ground. Shipping method will described in every auction page. We also do overnight shipping, please ask for overnight shipping too. We ship PAYPAL confirmed address, and unconfirmed address. However, we ask our buyer to confirm their address, if they are not confirmed by PAYPAL.  We will contact you directly if you provide uncofirmed address to confirm the shipping address one more time. We do combined shipping charges. Our combined shipping rate is first item is always full shipping rate, and any additional item will be 50% off at regular shipping price.You may also nonetheless ask us to insure delivery for an additional fee. We will determine the additional fee and notify you before shipping.

International Shipping:

All overseas buyers may be subject to Value-Added Tax (VST), General Sales Tax, Custom duties, and other taxes required by the law of your country. The laws of your country may prohibit you from buying or importing our items, be sure to check your attorney before bidding on any item that may be illegal in your country. We are not a "commercial vendor" in any country other than the United States of America, and are accordingly not obligated to comply with any laws, rules, license requirements, or regulations in your country unless we are advised otherwise by our legal counsel. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars, and We will not be responsible for any Custom duties, and Taxes.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO MARK AS GIFT ON THE CUSTOM, WE WILL NOT MARK AS GIFT.

Auction Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate any auction prior to the closing date for any reason. In that event we will notify each bidder, and let them know whether and when the item will be reposted. If an auctions ends at any time during any ebay outage, the auction will be canceled and the item reposted at a later time. In that evet we will use our best efforts to notify all bidders via email of the new auction posting.

Sales and Use Taxes:

State and local sales taxes will be added to your winning bid if you live in California states.
