Warranty & Returns This item is brand new, factory sealed and carries a one year warranty through hifiaudioonline.com Returns are handled on a case by case basis and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for product repair or replacement. We do NOT issue credits or refunds. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Please contact us via the customer service email below to obtain a RMA# prior to return. Please include the auction ID#, product serial number and your name in the email. Any product shipped to us without a RMA# will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
