SHIPPING:

·   I ship only within Continental US via USPS First Class Mail (usually 2-5 days delivery).  However, if you want faster and more secure shipping, please upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority Mail (2 days in most cases) for $7.50.  Please add $7.50 to your winning bid when you checkout if you choose the Priority Shipping. All pins will be individually bagged so they won’t be scratched or damaged from each other, and also they will be securely shipped in a bubble wrap or bubble mailer envelope.

·   Shipping is done Monday to Friday unless the Post Office is closed for holiday.  I will ship the item within 2 business days of cleared payment. If the payment is cleared on Friday, the item will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping charges include postal fee, handling fee, and package material cost.  Note that I try to keep the shipping charges to the minimum.

·  I only ship to Paypal confirmed address, so please make sure your shipping address is current before sending payment.

·  For international buyers, please contact me first before bidding for shipping availability and cost.

INSURANCE:

Please contact me for an updated invoice with insurance included.  Insurance costs are as follow:

·   $1.85 for up to $50.00 worth of coverage,

·   $2.20 for $50.01-$100.00,

·   $2.45 for $100.01-$200.00,

·   $4.60 for $200.01-$300.00 and then $.90 per $100 after that.

RETURN:

Refund will be issued only if:

1.     Item is in its original condition & package (in case of multiple items paid in one transaction no partial refunds) AND

2.     I receive the item within 7 days of the date you received it AND

3.     You let me know before you return the item.

Note that shipping/handling fees are not refundable in any case. And buyer pays the return shipping postage.
