This books is pre-owned.  The jacket cover has a stain on the front cover top and the bottom edge is worn (see picture).  The back jacket cover has a 3/4" tear in the upper left hand corner.   The inside jacket cover has fold marks.  The inside of the book is in very good condition, no stains or marks.
