This auction features a 4 3/4" pier girder, a length of NS track and (2) #8 concrete piers. Appears to have been cut out of a layout, but ready for yours! I do not know manufacturers of any of these products.

I have been in this hobby for almost 50 years and have a decent knowledge of the modern era of this hobby in most cases, my descriptions will be as accurate as possible. Payment:

Payment is required within 5 days. Sooner would be better. I accept PayPal only. I do accept other forms of payment but can not mention them so please ask if there is something else you prefer. Shipping charges for items are calculated by weight and distance. I have REDUCED my multiple shipping charges, I will charge the largest shipping price then after that a handling charge of $2.00 for each additional win. You will receive an invoice from me for an accurate shipping & handling cost. Items will be shipped after payment has clear. Your items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail and you should receive in 2-7 days, excluding Sunday and holidays.  Your items will be very well packaged.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for items are calculated by weight and distance. If you care to bid and I am shipping this item overseas please email me with your country so I can estimate S&H prior to bid. USPS International Priority Mail with insurance is my prefered shipping method. I do NOT discount S&H for these types of shipments. Depending on feeback rating I may ship USPS First Class International (if under 13oz). This will be totally up to my descretion.

When you have received your items and had a chance to look them over, please leave positive 5 star feedback for me. I will then do the same for you. If the item is not up to your expectations, please contact me before leaving negative feedback so I have the opportunity to fix the problem. Also do be vendictive and leave 1's.
