We know that you want to receive your item quickly, so we do our best to get items out as fast as possible.  All items are shipped the very next day after payment has cleared, with certain exceptions.  We ship via the US Postal Service.  Therefore, there are no shipments on Sundays and major holidays.  Also, your payment has to be completly cleared before we can ship anything.  Most of the time, Paypal processes these payments quickly.  However, Paypal e-checks takes several days to clear and if you use this method of payment your shipment will be delayed.  

If we have any question about the sale, we reserve the right to contact you for clarification before we ship the package. This rarely happens, but if Paypal, for example, indicates that your shipping address is incorrect, we may contact you to clarify your address.   We do our best to get things out the next day, but the safety of our shipments is extremely important to us.  We don't want to ship anything unless we know it's going to get to you safely.

For shipments within the U.S., you can expect your item to arrive in the mail in 2-11 business days depending on the service selected: First Class Mail: 3-7 days; Priority Mail: 2-3 days; Parcel Post: 5-9 days; Media Mail: 3-11 days. These delivery estimates are calculated based on Post Office business days.   Sundays and holidays are not counted in delivery time estimates. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may take longer.  Media Mail can move slowly through the Post Office system.  

Shipping costs are based on USPS going rates only - we do not pad our shipping costs with extra fees.    The closer you are to Western NY, the faster you will receive the package.   Please be patient - we cannot speed up your package once it has been put in the mail.    A USPS tracking number is provided for most packages (excludes First Class shipments). Postal insurance is included in this auction at no additional cost to you.

Free pick-up is available, but the package must be paid for through PayPal before we can arrange a pick-up day and time.   

Our return policy varies according to the item.  Typically, we do not provide returns because of the costs associated with selling on eBay.  We cannot provide a return because someone changes their mind.    Please read the entire description and make sure you want the item before you place a bid.  Feel free to ask us any questions, we will answer your inquiry as soon as possible.
