     Big Home Products warrants the components of each billiards table against defective materials and workmanship for the life of the table with the original purchaser (the "Owner"), as follows:

    • Table, Cabinet, Legs, Interior Bracing and Hardwood Rails: Warranted against splitting, cracking, scratches, dents, chips or warping.
    • Hardwood Rails and Cushions: Warranted against separation, dry rot, or hardening.


    Big Home Products, or any of its authorized service dealers will provide parts required to repair, or at Big Home Products sole discretion, replace any of the above components covered by this warranty, found, in the sole reasonable judgment of Big Home Products to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.

    Parts returned hereunder shall be shipped by conventional surface freight to Big Home Products pre-paid by customer. If the parts, determined by Big Home Products are to be defective they will be repaired, or replaced, and returned pre-paid by the customer by conventional surface freight carrier. The shipping of (as provided herein) the Product to Big Home Products shall be reimbursed as well. The labor cost for removing, or replacing the damaged part shall be the sole responsible of the "Owner."


    EXCLUSIONS:
    Big Home Products responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following: 

    • Subsequent purchasers: This warranty is not transferable and may be enforced only by the "Owner".
    • Repairs, or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other natural calamity, abnormal playing conditions, accidental damage, or improper installation by someone other than Big Home Products, or its authorized dealer.
    • Table Leveling.
    • Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component, or from its repair, or replacement.
    • Replacement of entire Pool Table. This Lifetime Limited Warranty extends only to replace covered components proved to be defective in material or workmanship.
    • Repair or replacement of the slate, cloth, felt, fabrics, leather, table pockets and playing accessories. There is a 15-day guarantee on accessories from time the pool table was received.
    • Big Home Products does not install pool tables, nor do we provide a service warranty for the installation, however, we can refer an installer(s) for you. We cannot guarantee one will be found.

    THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you, and Big Home Products of the Warranty Coverage for your Pool Table. Big Home Products makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document; nor does it authorize any person, or entity to assume any other obligation, or liability in connection with your Pool Table. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your billiards table from Big Home Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the new product within 14-days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, installation, or other charges.


RETURN GUIDELINES:


Product must be returned in good, like-new condition (no marks, tears, scratches, cues must be un-chalked) in original package, and with the original invoice, parts, and accessories to insure full credit.

To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-prepaid in “new” condition, in original box and packaging. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.

Products that are returned more than (14) days after receipt will not be refunded. Products returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in sellable condition will not received a full refund.

Items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly exchanged. Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee, delivery charge, or installation fee will apply.

Refund on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

Product purchased by check will be refunded two (2) weeks from date of deposit.

There will be 25% restocking fee. Any shipping, handling and installation costs will be deducted from your refund*.
