I purchased this new in Yellowstone National Park for $195.00. Size is very small - Hand Carved and Signed by Native American Artist. Unsure of stones, but pictures show. Waxed-type line holds Fetish on the back of the Polar Bear. Sorry no docs are included. Shipping is USPS Flat Rate - $7.50
