Commercial apartment cluster mailboxes. Use in apartments, offices, dormitories, etc. Indoor use only. Recess mounting. Have keys for all boxes. Made of aluminum. 3 sizes available. See my other auctions.

This auction is for one (1) 4x7 mail box unit.

28 compartment unit 4 wide X 7 tall Dimensions are 26 1/2" wide X 17 1/2" deep X 39 1/2" tall All boxes have 2 keys each. The door on rear lifts away. It's not hinged.

Boxed dimensions: 43" H x 20" D x 29" W 83 lbs shipping weight.

Stored for several years and never got installed. Per USPS regulations I believe these are for remodel only, and not new construction. Buyer is responsible for verifying USPS regs.

To best of my knowledge all parts are included, as boxes are sealed/banded and don't appear to have ever been opened.

Manufactured by American Device. If not wanted for mail, they would work for personal effects locker storage.

Pickup in Nampa, Idaho 83651 is preferred, otherwise Buyer is to arrange all shipping.
