PARIS Label~Antique French Beaded Purse Bag~Fab Fringe!

Lovely!  This wonderful french antique ladies purse dates from early 1900-20s.  Has original PARIS label on the inside.  All handmade.  Brass colored embossed frame. Fine cut steel beads with very elaborate long fringe. Extremely nice workmanship!  This one really sparkles!

Measures 9.5" long from the frame top to the bottom of the fringe.  Just the purse measures 6" long x 5" across.  Metal frame and chain are original.  Both in good shape.  Opens and closes easily.  Clasp is easy to use.  Lining is also original and needs to be retacked at the top edges.  It's not torn or shredded~just needs to be tacked.

The body is in fine condition.  Has one spot at near the frame edge that needs to have about 6 beads caught.  They are not loose~just need to be caught.  (see last photo). The top edge on the back side needs to be resewn/tacked back to the frame.  No loose or missing beads there~just needs to be resewn~~same area as the lining.  I see one strand missing off the fringe.  Thread is there~would be an easy fix if you have the beads (or just tie off and snip the thread). The missing length is not noticeable. 

No odors or mildew.  No dry rot.  No rust or corrosion.   

This is a perfect addition to your antique beaded purse collection!
