(I have sold hundreds of cds to buyers across the globe, without problem. I do not, however, sell to buyers in Italy unless they agree that they are taking on all risk with the purchase, as cds have a habit of 'disappearing'  regularly on the way to Italy (either at the Italian post offices or at customs).
