These floats were distributed on a limited basis by Cartoon Network for night time cartoon screening events at a few water parks in the US that summer. I don't believe this was ever made available for sale to the public.  

This float is big when it's inflated. About 5 feet tall, 3 feet wide. Cow's head is very comfortable for resting your head on. And her inflated udders are a riot!

This float is used. It may have a few tiny leaks on Cow's back. But it holds air well!
