Replacements
Defective parts must be returned to us before we will ship replacement parts. Please contact us at 866-335-1355 for an RMA number before returning a product. If an item is returned without an RMA number it will be returned to you at your expense. Item being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. International customers must return the item before a replacement is sent.

Returns
If an item is returned to us within the first 30 days for credit, we will give that credit minus the original shipping charge.
