This auction is for a beautiful, special occasion dress for a size 3T girl.  The long-sleeved top is black velvet, and the pleated skirt is black and white plaid.  The waist is belted with white lace accents with red rosettes, and it ties in black with the black and white plaid.  The bodice has two pearl buttons in back.   This dress can be machine washed on the gentle cycle, and it is in like-new condition with no visible imperfections.
