HUGE Lot girls winter clothes- medium-large Rave

I do my best to  accurately describe my clothing.  I might miss a small mark or tear from time to time.  To save time in listing I have come up with a 4 tier rating system for my clothing in the condition I feel they are in:
XC- Excellent condition: means like new, no tears or stains.  I only give this rating if the item was worn a few times in near perfect condition.
VGC-  Very good condition:  Might have a minimal (barely noticeable)  flaw  & worn more than once .  I give this rating to clothes that I feel are in GREAT condition.
GC- good condition:  has  some kind of flaw ( maybe minimal stains & or tears/rips but still has lots of life in it.  I give this rating to any clothing that has a stain or tear, even if it minimal. 
FC- Fair condition:  Play clothes!  might be worn & have lots of noticeable stains on it.    Fair condition clothing is NEVER counted toward the price of the auction.. it is only  added as a bonus.
I will also elaborate on these terms in specifics in the auction itself.
 Please note that  terms such as good, very good  & great are subjective & have different meanings for different people.  If the condition of the item will affect your bidding  on the item, please ask me about it before you bid.  I am always happy to answer any questions.  Now on to the auction!

* Lg Sugar Rush black long sleeve cotton top with white blouse insert. GC- couple stain
*sz 8  Arizona Jeans tan jeans with green flower accents, VGC
*sz 8  Old Nvy stretch capri length jeans , VGC
* sz 8 Black  & red plaid tartan style skirt, VGC
  *sz 12 Circo blue jeans with rhinestone accents, GC- has hole in knee
* sz 12 Circo 12 slim blue jeans, VGC
*sz 12 Goodfellow blue accents jeans FC- missing button, fray at bottom & some stains  

I am offering priority and parcel post shipping for this auction as the box is very heavy ( over 10 pounds)  I will ship whatever way winning bidder prefers.

There is a  small ($1 or less ) handling fee on most of  my items ..

I expect Pay Pal payment within 7 days of auction end.  If I haven't heard from you, I do  send out several payment reminders in this time.  After the 7 days has elapsed I  file a non payment with Ebay & I also reserve the right to relist the item at that time.  If you have a delay in sending payment in this time frame please let me know..  I'll be more than happy to listen & work something out with you. If you wish to make any other form of payment please contact me before the auction ends. .

I will combine multiple purchases when possible, to save you money on shipping. Please let me know that you have won more than one item. Items must end within 7 days of each other in order for me to combine shipping & one single payment must be sent. 

Returns are  only accepted in the case of a major error in my description . No buyers remorse refunds. If you find an item is not what was listed, please contact me & I will refund the purchase price upon return of the item to me. 

Feedback:  I have been the victim of a very nasty non paying eBay bidder.  If you check my feedback you will see that the majority of  negative feedbacks I have received are from the same person.  this person bid on 12 of my items & then refused to pay for the items & then proceeded to leave me negative feedback due to their being turned in for non payment.  If you have any questions I would be more than happy to answer them regarding this situation.  I value my feedback & am sad that one person could destroy it without any repercussions.
