Purchases include a 14 day return policy. For the return policy to be valid, you must return the item to Jay Brokers within 14 calendar days. Returns after 14 calendar days are not permitted. Before returning an item, please contact Jay Brokers for an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. False, defamatory, or any other type of feedback that misrepresents the transaction voids the return policy. Returned items must be received exactly as they were sent out. Altered items are subject to a reduced refund at the discretion of Jay Brokers (e.g. breaking factory seals, swapping similar merchandise for original, damaged/missing parts, non-functional items, etc.).
