Order Processing Time: Orders are processed by our warehouse shipping partner. Processing time may take up to 5 - 10 regular business days after payment is received, depending upon various seasonal factors.
Quality Inspection: All items are quality inspected before shipment to insure that you get the finest products available.
Packaging: Your order will be professionally hand-boxed with new, clean USPS APPROVED packaging materials.
Shipping Service: We ship via the USPS. USPS is responsible for shipping & transit times.
USPS Insurance: Insurance is offered for every package. USPS can be rough on packages, especially during the holidays. We recommend that you purchase it to protect your merchandise against loss or damage in transit. USPS insurance claims are between BUYER & the CARRIER. Insurance only $1.75 for each $50 worth of merchandise purchased.
Delivery Confirmation Ticket #: When your package is shipped, it will be assigned a Delivery Confirmation Ticket #. You will receive an email with your personal delivery confirmation ticket #. You may also obtain your D.C.T. # by clicking on your ebay auction at any time.
NOTE: This is NOT a tracking #. (USPS Tracking is for express mail only.) When the Carrier scans the package for DELIVERY to you, this will update the info in the USPS computer system. Until then, there will be no info available on the USPS screen.
Transit Times: We are not responsible for USPS transit times. Delivery times will differ by HUB area, peak loads, holidays, etc. USPS makes no guarantees of exact delivery times.
Emails: Send any inquiries via the EBAY MAIL SYSTEM. Allow 48 hours response time, because not all emails transmit immediately.
As with any auction service, all sales are final.
General Info: All of our signs are new, with a nostalgic appearance. Some are purposely manufactured with imperfections & an overall vintaged look. This may include intentional dings, scrapes, discoloration. All of which, add to the old-time charm for your COUNTRY DECOR.
