THIS ITEM IS VERY POPULAR AT POTTERY BARN KIDS. 

PBK HAS THIS TO SAY ABOUT THIS ITEM: 
      A plush puppy’s head doubles as a pillow, adding comfort and fun to our cozy sleeping bags. Constructed of high-quality cotton and plumped with polyester fill. Surface fabric is yarn-dyed cotton percale. Rolls up with Velcro tabs for easy toting. Machine wash. 31 x 70" long.

THERE IS NO MONOGRAM ON THIS ITEM. 
 It did have a name stitched on it, but it has been removed and you can't even tell that it was there.  If you would like more pictures of where the monogram previously was, I would be more than happy to email you some!
Also, in the third picture, the tag has been crossed out. This was purchased at an outlet store and they cross it out to prevent returns. Because of these flaws, I am starting this sleeping bag a very low price!
