This shopping cart cover comes with two toy loops (done in an aqua and brown polkadot pattern), a matching bag, a nice cushy pillow with a matching loop sewn-in, in case you want to attach it/remove it from the cover and button holes for the shopping cart seatbelt to go through.  This one has it all!  Beautiful neutral shades adorn this shopping cart cover and a nice cushy double quilted seat done in brown!  This boutique style shopping cart cover is made with pre-quilted fabric and the colors are gorgeous!  A beautiful aqua and brown polkadot colored ribbon accents on toy loops and bag handles.  The inside is cushy with brown double quilted fabric!  The picture does not do this cover justice.  You will like it more when you see it in person!  

This custom boutique shopping cart cover comes with a matching bag to carry the cover in! The bag matches the cover and is done in all of the same fabrics.   I use over 3 yards of fabric to make my covers and they cover the ENTIRE seat.  No skimping here!  NOBODY else on Ebay uses the pre-quilted fabric that I use because it is very costly!  Ask around!  You will find that I"m the only seller that uses double quilted fabric (other sellers "sew-in" batting which can later bunch up).

My shopping cart covers fit ALL sizes of shopping carts, restaurant high chairs and are wonderful to take to the park and ball games, too!  Even Costco and Sam's Club double carts!

My cart covers are easy on easy off.  The box-style leg holes make it easier to get your kid in and out (no silly double leg holes to worry about).  The matching bow is always removable for washing and if you find it too foofy, simply remove it!
