Description of Shoe Conditions:
"New - Gift Quality" Shoes have never been worn and could be given as a gift without the receiver knowing that they are not new from a store. Even shoes of this quality will not typically have the original shoe box.
"New" - Shoes have never been worn outside. Shoes may show very slight wear on soles from being tried on in a store or inside a home.
"Like New" - Shoes that have been worn a few times, but show no real wear. Soles may be scuffed a little, but the shoe upper will be free of any noticeable scuffs or scratches.
"Excellent" -Shoes that have obviously been worn, but are in top condition. Shoe may have very minor marks or scuffs, but nothing real obvious to others. Soles will be 95%+ and insoles will show very little wear.
"Good" Shoes that have seen wear and may have scuffs and scratches. Shoes will generally have the majority of their functional life left. These are usually shoes that would be equivalent to a new pair of shoes that you've worn for a few to many months. This would also include shoes that have seen little wear time, but have an unusual amount of superficial scrapes, scratches, etc. (i.e. work boots).
"Fair" Shoes that are in good functional condition, but may be soiled, show scratches, scuffs, worn soles, etc.
Guarantee
If this is a shoe item that you are purchasing, we guarantee that the size of the item is whatever is stated on the label of the shoe. We cannot guarantee the personal fit of the shoe, therefore ask us lots of questions, i.e. shoe measurements, if you are concerned about fit. For example, if you typically wear a size 9 shoe and the shoe you purchase is labeled size 9, but does not fit, we will not refund your money.
