Shipping Policy:  We are happy to ship your item anywhere within the continental USA. Winning Bidder pays bid price plus the S/H charges to their location. Please use the S/H calculator to estimate charges prior to placing a bid. All packages are professionally packaged and insured to protect your material. 5R ships items through both UPS and FedEx although only UPS is shown. We are happy to combine any items that are paid for in the same transaction. We will be happy to ship to Canada however we use UPS and any customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not, under any circumstance, mark the item under the value. International bidders please email prior to bidding for approval where applicable. When packaging and item size allows, we are happy to combine shipping charges on multiple purchases, only if the items are paid for within the same payment and transaction.

Customer Pickup: Customers are welcome to pick their item up at our office between the hours of 9:00AM to 3:00PM CST Monday through Friday. Because our warehouse is not open to the public, please call in advance to plan a pick up time and date. Please note, orders picked up on site are subject to the 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax.

Payments: Payments for all auctions are due within 15 days of auction close.  5R accepts both PayPal and credit card payments. 5R does not accept checks, and is not responsible for late or missing payments. Late payments may be returned and the sale canceled.

Please be aware, our office hours are 9:00am to 3:00PM CST Monday through Friday. We are not available for email or calls outside business hours, or over major holidays. Emails and phone calls received during non-business hours will be returned or replied to on the next business day.

Warranty/Return Information

5R strives to provide quality material and service. We try to include accurate descriptions and images in each listing. We encourage bidders to contact us with questions prior to placing a bid. Many of our items are backed by a non-DOA warranty or guarantee as described below. In placing a bid, you agree to all Terms of Sale described herein. This information is here for you to make informed decisions about who to purchase from on Ebay. If you do not agree with these terms, do not place a bid. 5R will not make exceptions to these policies for any reason.

Warranty & Guarantee Terms: When 5R is able to test item(s), we will back the item(s) by a Non-Doa guarantee or termed warranty. The specific details regarding the type of guarantee/warranty will be described within the auction. Any testing performed will be included in the description.  Items are guaranteed to perform as described only. Our warranty does not cover compatibility of products with your system, misuse, mishandling, or lack of technical expertise. If the item is serviced or opened/taken apart in any way by anyone other than our technicians, the warranty or guarantee is null and void. Warranty begins the day your shipper reports delivery.  We will work with you to resolve the problem and/or provide you with an RMA number to return the item.  If a return is approved, we will allow up to fourteen business days for the item to be returned.  If you have any questions, please contact us. 5R is not responsible for return shipping in any situation. Items returned without an RMA will be refused.

UNTESTED/AS IS: In some cases, we are not able to fully test the functionality or working condition of an item. In these instances, the item may be only partially tested, have declared damage in the description, or be missing components.  The item will be sold "AS IS" and have no warranty or guarantee. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Auctions sold on an "AS IS" basis will have clear notations in the auction description. Please bid accordingly on these.
