The Shipping Charge is for the Contiguous 48 States Only.

On some items, insurance is required for your protection and mine.  On items that insurance is optional, it is recommended.  If a claim needs to be filed and there was insurance on the item, claims must be filed by the buyer with the carrier.

For shipments to any other countries, please e-mail for rates.  I reserve the right to not ship to any country out of the U.S.A.

For Alaska and Hawaii, I will ship via US Mail. Your charges will be the set shipping plus $14.50. Unless otherwise stated.

All items are sold as is with no warranty unless other wise stated in an auction.  No returns, no refunds, all sales final.

I make every effort to ship every item as soon as I am able. If I am unable to ship, the above days is when I will ship.

I reserve the right not to ship to someone that does not have a valid address.   I will not be responsible for any issues with delivery.  If you have an address that UPS does not have, I will not be responsible for any issues with the delivery.  No PO boxes!

I will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, missing or stolen packages.  This is why there is insurance.  Again, insurance is HIGHLY recommended.  For a couple of dollars, it saves a ton of frustration. 

When a package is received, please keep all boxes and packing contents until you are satisfied.  If you need to file a claim for damage or missing product, the carrier will need the box and contents for inspection.  Note that on high dollar items, I use a security tape.  Inspect the box BEFORE accepting it!!  If the security tape is broken or tampered with, open the box IN FRONT OF THE CARRIER!!  It only helps your claim move that much faster is the carriers employee is present.

I give good feedback for good transactions. Giving Negative Feedback is a very serious issue. I really try to resolve things before posting negative feedback.

If a person files negative feedback without contacting me, our transaction is over. There is nothing else I will do for you.

As we are human, Mistakes do occur, if I have made a mistake, notify me within 3 days. After that time all transactions will be considered "Concluded".

If a problem happens to occur, I will work with the buyer to resolve the problem.  Unless otherwise stated, a refund (less shipping, insurance and handling) will only be given once I have received the item in the condition it was sent out.  Before shipping I take a photo of the item and mark it’s condition. 

As buyers and sellers, feedback is important. Positive feedback is left after positive feedback has been received. 

 The limit of liability I assume in selling this item is the sale price of the item, minus the shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is expected within 10 days of auction closing, unless prior arrangements have been made.
