Hamamatsu P# S9681-0907 These CCD's were designed for a Raman Spectrometer research project that has since been disbanded. I have Hamamatsu QA Inspection sheets for all serial numbers. Hamamatsu has since listed this in their catalog. The specs for this part # are equivalent to Hamamatsu's Catalog Part # S7031-0907S. See link below for the catalog spec sheet. I can also email our entire 13 page spec sheet from Hamamatsu upon request. These CCD's sell for over $3000 on Hamamatsu's website. I need to get 65 of these out of my inventory.
