Because we offer our items at significant reductions below retail price, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges except for defective merchandise. We will accept returns for defective items within 30 days.

If your item is defective, please contact us with your issue. Many problems can be fixed without needing to send the phone back.

Please note that we do not charge the batteries.

If you are sending the item back, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the item back; we will ship the replacement at our cost.

No hassle returns: all defective items will be replaced. If you would prefer, you may opt to send the phone back and receive a refund in full, less $11.99 restocking fee. Please note this is ONLY for defective merchandise; we do NOT accept non-defective returns.
