RETURNS: As we sell only brand new items, all items are covered by a manufacturer's warrany and any defective item should be returned to the manufacturer according to thier instructions. ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: You must notify us in advance of return and obtain a return authorization number from us. This will allow us to contact the proper shipping agency and get thier authorization. All damaged items must be returned in their origainal packing, including all parts ,warrantys etc. All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. OTHER RETURNS: All other returns will be considered on a case by case basis. We must be notified of the return and issue a return authorization number. If any item is returned without prior authorization or after 30 days from it's delivery, it will be returned to the buyer at thier expense. We reserve the right to deny any return other than those addressed in paragraghs one and two. and to levy up to a 20% restocking fee for all items that do not fit those parameters.
