We ship daily, Monday-Friday. Your item is shipped normally the same day that your payment clears.

We ship each item the cheapest way possible to save you money. But if we do not have the shipping option listed that you prefer, please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

Please keep in mind that transit times are not within our control. We ship your item no later than the next business day. 

We will ship to all countries worldwide, however we are not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur and are not responsible for any delay of receipt of your shipment.

Please make sure to use the shipping calculators provided on the auction so that you know what your shipping costs will be. Each item has a shipping calculator, so please be sure to use it so that you aren't surprised by what the shipping costs is.

RETURN POLICY FOR ELECTRONIC ITEMS

We describe all items to the best of our ability. We do not have the capability or the equipment to fully test each item. If an auction states that the unit is guaranteed to power up only, then we will only give refunds if the unit fails to power up. We will not guarantee the complete functionality of the unit since we do not have the means to test it. For items that are guaranteed to power up, tamper seals will be placed on the unit. If the unit fails to power up, we will refund your money in full once the item has been returned to us. If the tamper seals are broken, no refund will be issued. If an auction states that the unit is sold 'as-is', there will be no refunds issued.
