RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds or exchange as long as it is shipped back to us within 7 days. Correspondence must be made within the first 3 days during the inspection period.

SHIPPING
Shipping is will ship same day or next business day after reicieving payment. UPS Ground is the standard shipping method which takes from 1-6 business days depending on location. Expediated shipping is an option at checkout - before completing payment please make sure to select the correct shipping method. A signature will be required for all packages, someone will need to sign for the package in order to drop off.
UPS does not ship to PO boxes, if you need it shipped to your PO box, please contact us for arrangements.

Shipping to Hawaii Alaska and Guam may be charged extra and shipped USPS Express with signature required.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is through USPS Express which takes from 3-5 business days. Customer will be responsible for all import fees and exchange rate fees and misc service fees. Custom fees varie depending on region. We will not lower the declared value on custom forums. Shipping insurance is required for all international shipments.
