We purchase wholesale lots from High End Department stores.  These clothes have been in the retail environment and while they are new, they have possibly been handled by customers. There is a small chance the items may have minor conditions such as small seam separation, surface dirt/makeup that will come out when washed or dry cleaned.  Very small snags or loose beads are some type of condition we may find that will be noted and these items will be advertised as NWT and we will not accept returns for those minor things.
