The manufacturers constantly come up with new cartridges for their new machines so you have NO choice but to buy their overpriced ink. This is their profit center. It takes cartridge remanufacturers about 1 1/2 to 2 years to have enough of the new, empty cartridges to work with & to perfect a system to remanufacture a cartridge. With a recycled printer, you can buy much lower cost recycled cartridges for a much lower cost per page.
Shipping Info
Buyer pays the shipping cost listed above within the Continental US (Lower 48 States). Printers MUST be shipped via UPS Ground or by freight carrier. Neither delivers to PO/APO/FPO Box addresses. A physical street address is required. Only cartridges & some other accessories may be shipped via the Post Office. We DO NOT ship printers to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, GU, VI, MP, etc because shipping usually costs 3 to 4 times as much or more and we cannot honor our warranty outside the Continental USA (Lower 48 States). We also do not ship internationally.
Insurance
Our shipping INCLUDES UPS, Freight Carrier or USPS insurance at NO additional charge. The insurance covers lost or damaged packages. Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We may require photos of the damage. Please save the item & all packing materials. Sorry but throwing either away will void the insurance.

We back all of our Remanufactured, Refurbished, New Open-Box, Used Ex-Display or Used items with a 3 to 12 month warranty. (See the description above). We also offer an extended warranty available through Square Trade that picks up when our warranty expires to

We stand behind the quality of our products, however, shipping damage can sometimes occur. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. If upon inspection, you find damage, we require notification within 2 days of receipt. Photographs may be required. Damaged and/or defective merchandise will be replaced as stock allows. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on non-defective items. Shipping fees are not refundable.
