DUE TO EBAY’S NEW POLICIES, ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A. MUST GET PRE-APPROVAL TO BID. BIDS WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL WILL BE CANCELLED.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept PAYPAL for all shipped purchases and Cash or Cashiers Checks for local pick ups from our San Francisco office. Payments must be received within 5 days. California residents pay 9.5% Sales Tax for San Francisco County.
SHIPPING: Shipping and handling charges listed, including auctions listed with free shipping are shipped via ground service within the contiguous 48 states in the US. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are higher so email us prior to bidding to get correct shipping costs. Oversized, heavy and delicate items are shipped on a pallet via a freight company with economy service. Items are shipped within 4 business days from receipt of payment. Auctions listed with UPS shipping must be shipped to the paypal confirmed physical address. No PO BOX, FPO, APO addresses allowed unless we indicate USPS. We welcome buyers to pick up at our San Francisco, CA office to save on shipping. Shipping fees are not refundable.
OUR PAYPAL POLICY:
- Paypal to AUCTIONS@BIDSANFRANCISCO.NET
- We will only ship to Paypal Confirmed Addresses which is usually the same as the credit card billing address.
- Buyer's with P.O. Box addresses will need to also have a confirmed physical address as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
- PayPal cannot be used for payment if you are picking up from our local office as Paypal needs proof of shipment to be covered under the Paypal's Sellers Protection Policy.
- No Exceptions to our paypal policy as we have been victims of paypal fraud.
*WARRANTY INFO: We make no claims of warranty attached with the item. All items are sold in "AS IS" condition with all sales final including new items. New and unopened items purchased that are defective must be exchanged or returned to the manufacturer as they should still be under warranty. You will receive all items listed in the description. If it is not listed, it is not included. We give the buyers 3 days to contact us for DOA. We will exchange the item or refund the buyer only the winning bid price or cost of the item. We do not refund shipping costs or reimburse for return shipping.
NOTE: A NUMBERED SECURITY TAG IS STRATEGICALLY PLACED ON ALL ITEMS TO PREVENT ANY FRAUD. Breaking, removal, or tampering of any Security Tags will void any DOA claims.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR COMPUTER, NETWORKING, TECHNOLOGY RELATED ITEMS WITH HARD DRIVES OR NEEDING PASSWORDS Hard Drives may have been reformatted or erased by the original owner to protect intellectual property. Unless specifically noted, Computer Equipment does not ship with any Operating System (even if OS is still installed). We are not responsible for items that need reformatting of drives, advanced system configuration, and installation of software not included with the item. We are also not responsible for any items needing security passwords or passwords of any kinds. We will not have passwords unless specifically noted. It is the buyers responsibility to reload appropriate software or handle issues regarding passwords. Our responsibility is to sell the listed hardware.
