Comes in (previously opened) original manufacturer's box with Monitor, VGA and DVI Cables, Disk, Stand, Samsung Warranty Information, and Quick Start Guide. Item has been tested and is in 100% working condition with scratches on left top and bottom right of monitor frame. There are no visible scratches on the monitor screen.
