This Selman trumpet has a 10 Year warranty. This warranty specifically includes the piston valve assembly. The warranty is specifically against failure of the mentioned part of the trumpet only in the previous sentence. If the above mentioned part in this warranty clause should fail in the period of ten years from the exact date of sale, then Selman will replace or repair the part that has failed free of charge with a exact or like part at Selmans discretion. The owner of the trumpet pays all shipping costs. A warranty claim must be accompanied by a legitimate, dated proof of purchase from the original selling distributor to be valid as well as the failed part and instrument returned to Selmans authorized repair facility. Damage or failure of the valves caused by abuse or neglect, is specifically not covered under this warranty. All warranty claims are to be sent by e-mail to 2musics@gmail.com for instructions to return the instrument.

We ship by FedEx Air Economy to CANADA. Canada Customers: Shipping to Canada is quoted as Ground, but we send your item by Fed Ex Air Economy at NO additional Cost to the Buyer. We know that when you order an instrument from us, you want it to arrive in perfect condition and on time!

Every instrument we ship is packed in brand new packaging, packed to FedEx standards with a minimum of 3" of cushioning on each side. Most instruments ship with a case, and in many instances, we will double box an instrument to make absolutely sure it travels safely. Where possible, we will ship using FedEx.

USA Buyers

  • We ship most items within 1 business day of cleared payment - In many cases, we ship the same day.
  • Instruments will ship via FedEx Ground for all buyers in the lower 48 states.
  • We are happy to upgrade your shipping to FedEx Express for an additional fee - Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
  • Instrument accessories will ship via USPS.
  • If you are using Visa or MasterCard to pay, we can only ship to the confirmed billing address.
