The MC6802L is an 8-bit microprocessor with clock and RAM. Introduced in 1974. It is an built using N-Channel silicon-gate depletion load MOS technology; contains all the registers and accumulators of the 6800 plus an internal clock oscillator and driver on the same chip; in addition the 6802 has 128 bytes of RAM on board; 32 bytes of RAM are retainable; expandable to 65K words.
