What a beautiful Victorian

PICKLE CASTOR

with a PAIRPOINT frame and

a Canary Yellow - VASELINE insert or jar 

in the classic EAPG "Daisy & Button" pattern.

 The Frame stands 12" tall,  6" wide - Dragon to Dragon! 

It has a double loop crest at the top of the handle with flowers inside each loop.  The opening for the jar is 3 1/4" wide - surrounded with a decorative geometric design band.     

Condition:   Very Good, Used condition with a lovely antique patina - some plate wear, one dragon is no longer soldered to the side of the handle - but is secure as is.  Marked on the bottom as shown in photo #9.

The Canary Yellow/Vaseline - Daisy & Button JAR  stands  5" tall,  3 1/8" wide base and Outer Rim - Inner Rim  2 3/4". 

Condition:   Excellent!  Glows a bright green under black light!

 The Lid measures:  3 1/4" wide  &  2 3/4" high. Pretty beaded finial with beading around the mid point of the lid.

Condition:  Good - a moderate amount of plate wear,  slightly out-of-round but fits the jar perfectly!

 The Tongs measure 6 3/4" long - with rosettes on each side, claw ends 

Condition:  Excellent - could use a bit of polish.
