There is a 14 day “no questions
asked” return policy on certain items. Please contact Grassroots
Computers for details, and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
approval code. Please be aware that we will have to ask you a few very
simple questions for reporting purposes.
Exchanges with Grassroots Computers
can be processed within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days all
exchanges must be processed through the manufacturer. For our full

Customers are responsible for all
return shipping costs for defective or non defective product
(Grassroots Computers can make exceptions for DOA items, please contact
us for details on obtaining a return shipping label).
Items that are not compatible with
buyer’s systems can be returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking
fee, within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must have all original
packaging and accessories.
All returns must be packaged well,
protecting the item in-route. Grassroots Computers is not responsible
for returns that are damaged in-route back to us, and will be returned
to the customer at the buyer’s expense.
For any item that does not have a

All units returned without an RMA #
