It has a patriotic theme--GREAT 4th of July wear--with stars sleeves, stripes skirt, and watermelon slice applique on front! Style is pullover t-shirt dress with short sleeves and drop waist. See photo. Underarm to underarm around measures 23", length is 18". This DARLING dress is in good, lightly worn condition. There is a slight imperfection in fabric paint outline of applique.
