Fun piece of history - The Reading Almanac for 1930 - cost was 12 cents! Inside front cover features and ad for Eagle Book Store which was on 542 Penn Street in Reading, PA. Each month has an outlook as forecast by Professor Henderson as well as hints to farmers and the weather forecast for that month. Each month also features a day in history and the aspects of the planets and miscellaneous data. The back of the booklet has birthday tips as well as a proposal for a 13 month calendar and the effect it would have on the progress of Christianity.

  • Condition: Grading is based on poor – fair – good – very good – excellent – mint, this is poor to fair - some mild tearing, staining, folds and cover is almost off of the booklet entirely.
