If you can't wait then please feel free to return the item yourself.  Many cases we do have your shoes in stock and we can ship your correct pair as soon as your incorrect pair gets picked up.

Please package your return carefully in the corrugated cardboard box that it was shipped. Returns must be in the same condition that you received it.
